I wanted to give a big "shout out" to Steve in customer service. I had a problem with my recent order. I submitted my information to customer service and Steve took care of it immediately. He explained the process on how to return the wrong item and quickly had my correct item sent out FedEx. It's not very common to get such excellent customer service these days. I very much appreciate his quick action. I will definitely purchase additional canopies from Choice Awnings.
Received My Order Much Sooner Than Expected!

I just wanted to let you know, I received my special order (24" 1500 Aluminum door canopy) much sooner than I expected (8/17/20). The next day I began putting it together and installed it in a total time of 2-3 hours by myself. (I'm 77 yrs old). I found your instructions to be really easy and very well written. This canopy was packed like nothing I've ever seen and was really protected from any possible damage. It is extremely well made and sturdy....looks like it will really hold up under the elements, especially with the thick coat(s) of paint on it. The only suggestion I would make is to supply lag screws instead of the standard screws. I did make the change because the gauge of the included screws was a bit hard to maneuver with a power driver, compared to using a ratchet wrench. I still give this product 5 stars +!

Purchased a 72" 1500 canopy. Very happy with the quality and easy to follow instructions. I haven't owned a canopy previously, but have seen a few that were really cheap on homes. Yours is made exceptionally well and I'm sure it will outlast me. It arrived sooner than expected. I assembled the midnight before in about 75 minutes (taking my time) and installed it the next day, just 18 hours after receiving it. Thank you.

The awning is a quality piece workmanship. Each piece is finished to perfection, and it shows when assembled looks fantastic on my house and after almost 30 years... no water dripping on me as I unlock my front door. Shade this summer will be an added bonus. Totally delighted with my purchase. Just ordered another for my garage door. Can’t wait! Thanks for taking pride in your craft.

We put this up over the back door of our home so when the door opened out, there would be protection from the rain. Just a few days after installing, it rained and works perfectly. We are really very pleased with this awning and definitely recommend it.
